Adult Neon Glow Blacklight Paint Party! 3 Designs to choose from! Since there are three designs this will be more of a self directed class, choose any colors you want! The images will be pre-sketched for you. We will paint the first layer with regular acrylic paint then the lights go off and the black lights go on? We will then paint the next layer with neon paints! (Neon paints are pretty transparent: that why we do the first layer in regular paint 😉
