このグループのイベントに3回以上参加した事がある方のみ参加資格があります。宿泊イベントになるので、予定が変わったら早めのキャンセルをお願いします。参加人数は15人まで。小雨決行。

Only those who have participated in this group's events three or more times are eligible to participate. Since this is an overnight event, please cancel as soon as possible if your plans change. Maximum number of participants is 15. The event will be held unless there is heavy rain.

①ウェイティングリストに入る。
②通常のイベントで参加費の一部(5000円)を払う。残りは当日払う。(参加費を払う場合はキャンセル待ちからでもすぐに参加できます。連絡して頂ければ対応します。)

🐶How to participate🐰
① Get on the waiting list.
② Pay part of the participation fee(5000 yen) at the regular event. Pay the rest on the day. (Even if you are on the waiting list, if you intend to pay the participation fee, you will be changed to participating immediately. Please contact me and I will change it.)
③ Get on the participant list.
奈良の初夏の美しさを感じる名所をハイキングします。1日目はまず長岳寺でアジサイを見たり三輪の名物素麺を食べます。その後はスーパーで一人当たり2500円分(参加費に含まれている)のBBQと朝食の食材を買います。この時に2日目の昼食と飲み物を個別に買っても大丈夫です。その後はリノベーションした古民家に宿泊します。夕食はBBQです。宿から全員にお米1合が提供されます。それをかまどで炊きます。夕食後は川辺でホタルを見ます。雨の日は勿論、条件が悪いとホタルは現れません。それでも問題なければ参加してください。
2日目は宿の近くの三郎岳を上ります。バス停まで自動販売機はないです。

We'll hike to famous spots in Nara that showcase the beauty of early summer. On day 1, we'll start by visiting Chogaku-ji Temple to see hydrangeas and enjoy Miwa's famous somen noodles. Afterwards, we'll buy BBQ and breakfast ingredients at a supermarket (2500 yen per person, included in the participation fee). You can also buy lunch and drinks for day 2 separately at this time. Then, we'll stay overnight in a renovated traditional Japanese house. Dinner will be a BBQ. The inn will provide 1 cup of rice for everyone, which we'll cook in a traditional stove. After dinner, we'll go see fireflies by the river. Of course, fireflies won't appear on rainy days or under unfavorable conditions. Please participate only if this is acceptable.
On day 2, we'll climb Saburo-dake mountain near the inn. There are no vending machines until the bus stop.
What to bring: Food, drinks, change of clothes, rain gear, hat

Cancellation refund: Full refund for cancellations made by June 18th.
