Integral Life Practice - with Ben Cohen

Integral Life Practice is based on the Integral model developed by philosopher and psychologist Ken Wilber. It is a powerful set of principles and tools to help people see more deeply into the human condition, and add depth and richness to their lives. When we apply the Integral model to some aspect of life, we see that part of life more holistically and can then deal with it more effectively. In this workshop you will receive an introduction to the Integral model and see how it can be applied to the challenges we all face in daily life.

Donation welcome. $10 for presentation only.

Ben Cohen is a certified Kripalu yoga teacher who has been teaching yoga in the Boston area for the past 20 years. He has a master’s degree in counseling psychology, has been a student of Ken Wilber’s Integral model for the past 7 years, and is level one certified in Ken Wilber’s Core Integral certification program.
