Relationship Alchemy; Turning Muck Into Gold

- with Linda Marks

When souls are first attracted, there is a period of connection and joy. But as we go deeper, our "baggage" or shadow parts get in the way. Lacking a soul-based road map to navigate through the muck, we too easily shut down or give up. Conscious love asks us to stand in the fire and clear away our baggage when the going gets rough. It requires pointing the finger inwards at ourselves before pointing it outwards at our loved ones. This workshop will help provide a roadmap for transforming the hard and stuck times into gold: enriching connection through the alchemy of conscious love. We will also explore the experience of "wound mates"--people with whom we share a deep soul connection, however, unless both are ready, willing, and able to do the relationship work necessary to grow and sustain a relationship, the relationship does not seem able to grow and be sustained the way a soulmate relationship could.

Donation is welcome.

Linda Marks, MSM, has practiced EKP, a heart-centered psychospiritual body psychotherapy method for 29 years. She works with individuals, couples, families, and groups, has written several books, and has led workshops nationally and internationally.
