Join us for a free 40-minute experience that combines movement, breathwork, and guided meditation to help you clear your mind, reset your nervous system, and step into your day feeling grounded and clear.
What To Expect:
- Light movement to wake up the body
- Gentle Breathwork to energize and focus
- Guided Meditation to calm your mind and reset your mood
- You will be provided contemplative questions in these exercises to calibrate your mind for the day ahead
- A supportive, no-judgment space to reconnect with yourself (and others if you choose)
No experience needed—just bring a yoga mat, water, and an open mind.
(You can bring your journal if you care to write down any insights from the contemplative meditations)
About Your Host:
Tyler combines his years of experience as a personal trainer and yoga instructor with his training as a meditation coach to provide a unique experience leaving you energized from the inside-out.
