Join this mini movement & meditation workshop to learn and perform effective tension-releasing techniques.
This is not just a one-off class, it's designed to be effective in the moment AND to empower you to apply it on your own as needed.
What to expect:
• Simple movements to reset the nervous system
• Gentle breathwork
• Guided meditation / creative visualizations
• Reflective prompts
We really combine the movement and meditation aspects into one.
The idea is to walk away feeling grounded, calm, and centered.
What to bring:
• Yoga mat
• Yoga block (to make ground sitting more comfortable)
• Water
• A Journal (if you want to write any insights/notes)

Tyler combines his years of experience as a personal trainer and yoga instructor with his training as a meditation coach to provide a unique experience leaving you energized from the inside-out.
