Free Movement & Meditation Class


Details
Come experience this movement and meditation routine to feel clear, expansive, and alive.
The purpose of the session is to create balance connecting and harmonizing body and mind.
We start with a series of movements to wake up the body and have it feeling energized.
During these movements, you'll be introduced to mindfulness and awareness cues to really sync up the body and mind.
After these mindful movements, we will then find a place of stillness and you will be led through a guided meditation.
The whole experience will be roughly 40 minutes, followed by time to discuss and connect if you choose.
Bring a friend! It's fun, laid back, and easy to do.
You should expect to leave feeling clear-minded, energized, and ready for the day! Plus, you'll have some new techniques on how to regulate your nervous system.
Your host has a background in Personal Training & Meditation Coaching making this a unique blend from different experiences.
If you have any questions, feel free to reach out!
It's suggested to bring a yoga mat, some water, and perhaps a yoga block if you like to use one for sitting during meditation.
(We will be moving, but don't expect a strenuous workout.)

We must recognize that true health comes from both body and mind. The two must work together for lasting health.
As we use deliberate focus on our body during certain movements, we “sync up” and become more in-tune or intuitive with our bodies. This opens the door to health— for as we become more in-tune with our body and its needs, we're given the opportunity to treat it best!
