Cultivating Meaningful Work: Letting Go of Self-Doubt and "Supposed To"

Details

"Don't ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive." - Howard Thurman

How often does "self-doubt" and "suppose to" undermine your process of finding your gifts and sharing them with the world? Overcoming self-doubt is all about believing we're enough and letting go of what the world says we're supposed to be and supposed to call ourselves.

Whether you are looking for more meaning in your work or life, this is the place to start. We will be looking at what your passions and talents are, what gets in the way of sharing them with the world. Maybe you are looking for a career change or just a way to bring more meaning into the world. We'll explore it all!

"The Gifts of Imperfection" by Brené Brown, Guidepost #9 (pages 111-116 in paperback book / pages 141-148 in hardback book)

Cost: $10 You can pay me directly through Venmo (@Dale-Falini) or use the PayPal tab below.

Worksheets: As soon as you register and pay, I will email you the worksheet for this month's discussion.

Zoom link: will be sent to all registered participants a couple days before the Meetup.

We will be gaining new awareness from others and picking up tools along the way. As we journey together, we support and honor each other through respect and non-judgement. I encourage you to pick up the book, "The Gifts of Imperfection" by Brené Brown, and read this section before our meeting so that you have plenty of time to reflect, and are prepared to share your thoughts and insights on the chapter. This is NOT necessary to attend!

Hope to see you soon!
