What we’re about
Change Your Diet, Change Your Life: What your daughter already knows…KickStart your life in NoVA. Almost everyone I know has a young woman in their home (daughter or granddaughter) who has “gone vegan”. This is usually a result of a love for animals, knowledge of the environmental impact of eating meat, or an understanding of the health benefits of whole plant food. All of these are compelling reasons to engage in a 21 Day program to truly see firsthand the personal health benefits that are derived from this sustainable lifestyle. In 2015, I led a 10 day, 50 person, whole food, plant based nutritional program called a PlantPure JumpStart, that resulted in life-changing results and the result was the GreenFare Organic Cafe, an educational restaurant whose purpose is not only to feed a delicious organic, whole plant meal (free of added salt, oil, and sugar), but to change a life. We show how lifestyle changes can lead to lower cholesterol (average reductions of 20% in Kickstarts), reduction or elimination of medications, increased energy and weight loss. You also will get an opportunity to attend dinner and a movie, authors with book signings, and the monthly 21 Day Kickstart.
Our goal is to create a community focused on health and wellness and to inspire people on their own journey. While their is a cost for the 21 Day Kickstart program with 4 classes and 42 meals, the majority of classes are free. We'd love to see you!
