Are you familiar with Foreclosures, and how to generate deals from them? If not, this will be a good primer on how foreclosures work, and the timelines associated with them. There are several places along the foreclosure timeline to generate deals if you know the details. Also, what information do you need on the property, and where do you find that information?
I have been buying foreclosures for the last 12 years, and have learned a lot through that process. The basics seem pretty straight forward, but you can get into trouble if you don't know what you are doing. And like everything else, if you can become an expert, it will open up some some valuable opportunities for your business.
So, I will be presenting the basic timeline, and then showing you what kind of deals you can make along that timeline. Also, what prospecting techniques you can use to create those deals, and how to find all the information you will need.
I will also present a case study on an actual foreclosure deal that I bought, and flipped for a healthy profit. It may surprise you a little bit when you see the details.
If you have always wanted to figure out foreclosures, or want to add a new technique to your business, this Meetup will be very helpful to you.
I will probably wait until about 6:30 for everyone to arrive, and then present for 15-20 minutes. The rest of the evening is for networking and brainstorming. Feel free to present any deals you may have to the group. I may have a deal that I can present, or hopefully it will be sold by then, we'll see. If so, maybe I can generate another deal before the meeting.
