In this Meetup I will be discussing the Pros and Cons of 6 different methods of Lead Generation methods used by wholesalers, and how it relates to your business. The methods to be discussed are :
Direct Mail
Cold Calling
Door Knocking
Foreclosures
Website and PPC
Driving for Dollars
I will probably wait until about 6:30 for everyone to arrive, and then present for 15-20 minutes. The rest of the evening is for networking and brainstorming. Feel free to present any deals you may have to the group. I may have a deal that I can present, or hopefully it will be sold by then, we'll see. If so, maybe I can generate another deal before the meeting.
This will be our third meeting at this venue, so I hope it will be a good home for us. The parking is tough, so check out my note on parking.
