The basic concept of the Slow Flip is buying an inexpensive property in the 20-40k range, on a 5 year note. This property is then sold for substantially more using a Land Contract, on a 30 year note. After 5 years the property is paid off, leaving 25 years theoretically, of free cash flow. Hence the name, Slow Flips. This is not a get rich quick scheme, this is about building generational wealth for your family, or retirement.
