This group hypnosis session is designed to support those seeking a healthier relationship with their body and lasting weight release. In a safe and supportive space, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious can begin to shift limiting patterns, reduce emotional eating, and reconnect with motivation and self-trust.

We’ll begin with a brief check-in, followed by learning simple self-hypnosis techniques, and end with a guided hypnosis session focused on supporting healthy habits, body awareness, and long-term change from the inside out.
