This group hypnosis session is designed to support those seeking better health and a more balanced relationship with their body and mind. In a safe and supportive space, you’ll be guided into a deeply relaxed state where your subconscious can begin to shift limiting patterns, release stress, and reconnect with inner motivation and self-trust.

We’ll begin with a brief check-in, followed by learning simple self-hypnosis techniques, and end with a guided hypnosis session focused on supporting healthier choices, body awareness, and lasting change from the inside out.
