Hike & Memorial Day Parade in Brecksville with lunch after the Parade

We will meet at 8:45 a.m. at the Overlook parking lot on rout 82 in Brecksville. After the hike we will walk over to the parade route.
If you want, you can pre-setup your chairs to hold our spot in front of the old Junior High school. We will start hiking inside Brecksville Reservation at the Chippewa Creek Overlook parking lot at 8:55 a.m. located on Chippewa Creek Parkway, just inside the park off Rte. 82.

Let's show our support for our veterans and those that gave their lives.

The parade starts at 11:00 a.m. You are welcome to join us just for the parade too.

# Join Our Memorial Day Parade!!

Dear Friends:
The Brecksville Mayor's Office and Administration, in cooperation with City Council, is pleased to invite you to participate in the 2023 Memorial Day Parade.
The parade procession will step-off Monday May 26, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. We encourage organizations participating to start assembling at Brecksville City Hall by 10:30 a.m. The parade will proceed north on Route 21 to Public Square and will move west on Route 82 to Highland Drive and on to the Cemetery. After the program at the Cemetery, if your group is available, we will re-form and proceed back to the Fire Station for refreshments.
Attached is an application for individuals or groups wishing to participate in the parade. Application forms must be completed and returned by mail or e-mail on or before May 12, 2025. A Brecksville employee will be in contact with you for your line up location the following week.
