Gemma Medina is a seasoned Agile Practitioner and Program Manager with over 17 years of experience in healthcare IT and software development. She holds certifications as a SPC, Certified Scrum Master, and PMP, and has been a Registered Nurse in a coronary critical care unit—an experience that continues to inform her user-centered approach to technology solutions.

Her expertise spans Agile coaching and transformation, with a strong focus on aligning business goals with technical execution. She has successfully launched agile trains/programs that achieved over 85% program predictability within three PIs.

Her background includes hands-on experience with electronic medical record systems, financial systems, and other healthcare software.
She is known for her pragmatic, servant-leader style, and her ability to build trust across teams and leadership.
