### WIA Columbus: Gratitude & Giving Event 🤝✨
Join WIA Columbus for an inspiring evening centered on gratitude, community, and growth!
We will begin with a presentation by Kyle Koppenhoefer (President, Altasim Technologies) exploring:
"Ba" and how is it related to Agile development. The idea of Ba introduced by Ikujiro Nonaka, represents a shared space — physical, virtual, or mental — where knowledge is created and shared. In Agile terms, this shared space fosters collaboration, trust, and continuous learning, enabling teams to grow together and adapt with purpose.
After the presentation, we will put our spirit of teamwork into action by assembling giving bags filled with non-perishable food items to support those in need. It’s a wonderful way to connect, reflect, and make a difference together.
