About The SIP:
The Sustainability Incubator Program (SIP) is an international, hybrid (virtual and/or in-person) volunteer initiative. It empowers communities and changemakers through a 32-hour design sprint inspired by Design Thinking. We ideate, co-design, and test sustainability prototypes that address real-world local challenges. A SIP = a sprint for sustainable impact. Get to know The SIP: https://www.the-sip.world/
About Women in Agile – World Work:
World Work activates Women in Agile members who want to apply their skills beyond the office. We engage Agilists to help build a just, thriving, and sustainable world. By equipping those who want to play bigger, we aim to co-create a regenerative legacy for all beings and future generations. Get to know WiA World Work: https://womeninagile.org/world-work/

Joanne Stone, the founder of The SIP shared “I wanted to go beyond just planting a tree or serving at a food kitchen. Both are great and very worthy. I want to help move the cause of our passionate local leaders by working on the whole system with fellow Agilists and other skilled partners. Together we work on sustainability as a collective—and the outcome has been phenomenal.” This spirit of collective action is what gave birth to The SIP. Now, through these upcoming sessions, we invite others to explore how agility can be a powerful tool for co-creating sustainable change. Whether you're curious, passionate, or simply exploring your next step toward making an impact — this is your invitation to take a first sip.
