Sustainability Incubator Project Volunteer Orientation
Details
Want to help shape the future of financial inclusion for small farmers in Brazil?
We’re launching a new Sustainability Incubator Project (SIP) — a 32‑hour online design sprint running from February to April (~2 hours per week + one Saturday session).
Together, we’ll take on a real and urgent challenge: connecting global impact investors with Brazil’s small‑scale farmers to strengthen livelihoods and reduce inequalities.
The goal is to build a fair, sustainable, and trust-based peer-to-peer lending ecosystem that expands access to capital, strengthens local livelihoods, and advances SDG 1 (No Poverty), SDG 8 (Decent Work and Economic Growth), and SDG 10 (Reduced Inequalities).
What you’ll gain
- Hands‑on experience applying the design sprint process to a real community challenge
- Collaboration with a diverse, connected team
- The chance to contribute to sustainable, inclusive micro‑lending solutions
- Skill‑building in innovation, and creative problem‑solving
- Meaningful, practical learning you can apply in future projects
Join us for the SIP Volunteer Orientation Session to:
- Meet the SIP team and connect with fellow volunteers
- Learn about the project, the challenge, and how the design sprint will unfold
- Understand roles, expectations, and the impact you can help create
- Ask questions and explore how you can contribute
Bring your curiosity — we’ll walk through the project together and help you find your place in it.
If you’re passionate about sustainability, innovation, or social impact, this is a chance to be part of something meaningful. Register to join us and help shape what comes next.
We look forward to seeing you there!
