This community-run workshop model has been used by 108 countries around the world and we want to introduce it to Canberra. No particular tech experience required. Women from any background and discipline are encouraged. No maximum age limit.

* What - Django Girls is a free volunteer run programming workshop with a side aim of encouraging more gender diversity in tech, with lunch and snacks provided. It's for anyone who wants to get involved with technology and programming. No experience is necessary. We'll help walk you through your first ever web programming project at your own pace with new friends, the help of robust training materials and wonderful coaches.
