Psst… there's a new cyber witch in town!

WICCA is coming to Dublin! Starting over or starting anew? One way or another, the circle grows. We're calling all women working in or curious about cybersecurity to join us in the heart of Dublin (Temple Bar Area) to get some drinks, talk about cool hacks, cyber passions and make bad crypto jokes.

And of course, it wouldn’t be a true WICCA meetup without something to take home. So, for this first gathering, bring your printed CV if you think it could use a little polishing and a touch of WICCA magic. Valentine and Nadine, both hiring managers and cybersecurity career coaches, will be happy to share a tip or two.

About Us
WICCA is a community of women in cybersecurity founded late 2018 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, with the mission to inspire and empower women in the field while sharing cybersecurity knowledge widely.
In 2025, after growing the community to 1,000+ members and organising two successful editions of WICCON, we expanded our circle to Ireland.

Who Are We

• Valentine, a SciFi fan turned fantasy and cybercrime writer, Staff Security Engineer at GitLab, and D&D dungeon master, founded WICCA and brought the magic to Ireland in 2023.
• Nadine, a forest manager turned cybersecurity pro in the finance world, who traded trees for tech and never looked back, brings her bridge-building and event organising magic to found WICCA IE.

Location
TBA. It depends on how many signups we get. We'll make sure to find a place that can offer enough food and drinks for everyone. Unless we secure a sponsor in time, food and drinks will be at attendees’ own expense.
