Hey everyone! I hope your winter has been good and everyone is in good health.
I am starting up the season with our first group camp of the year at Cross Timbers State Park, which is only 1.5 hour drive east of Wichita. I will grab a group site for Saturday, the 24th of February. Let's start off 2024 right!
Cross Timbers has some mountain biking and hiking trails that I have been wanting to try so feel free to bring your bikes and boots!
We will be staying in the Timber Ridge Campground on the north side of the lake, in site 210. It's just walk up sites, and so there are no reservations. Currently, the only bathrooms are pit toilets, and the showers are closed until April.
