In the afternoon of the 3rd of June, we will hold our first Wicket User Day in the beautiful city of Dordrecht! It will be a hybrid event, so you will be able to join from anywhere.
The program is as follows. Doors will open at 12:30 (all times in CEST):
13:00 - Introduction round, and showing each other what everybody has been working on
13:30 - Break
13:45 - Open discussion of where we would like Wicket to go
14:45 - Break
15:00 - Johan Stuyts: Markup DSL for Kotlin
16:00 - Break
16:30 - Jonathan Locke: Wicket Next: Towards a Wicket for Modern Java
17:30 - The end
The venue will be anounced about a week in advance. It will be easy to reach with public transport.
Entrance is free, and coffee, tea and snacks will be provided for free too.
What do we need from you?
- Please let us know whether you will join us, and whether you will come to Dordrecht or join us online.
- Optional: prepare a short presentation (about a minute) of cool Wicket apps and components you have built.
