Our Glendalough to Glenmalure post Xmas walk - with 7% extra this year!

Who fancies a good hike from one valley to another to blow off the cobwebs? And a great lunch in the atmospheric Glenmalure Lodge?

We will start our walk in the lovely free car park outside Laragh and will be well warmed up by the time we start climbing up alongside Poulanass waterfall. Our route brings us up the Spinc and along the boardwalk, taking in the wonderful views over the upper lake and over so many of Wicklow's mountains. Then we veer off in the direction of Glenmalure, picking up the Wicklow Way and follow it down into the valley and the pub!
As this is a linear, and involves a taxi and some car pooling, please be prepared to share cars. A fee of €20 applies to this hike.
This is only open to those who have hiked with us before and have a good level of fitness. This is a walk of 16/17 km with an elevation gain of 500m and boots and good raingear are required. Bring a snack and water with you too.
