Jacob Hill has over 15 years of experience consisting of a mixture of technical and leadership roles. He has a master's degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governor's University, and holds several certifications including CISSP-ISSEP, CySA+, Security+, CEH, ITIL v3 Foundation, and many more. 
He is the founder of GRCAcademy.io and hosts the GRC Academy podcast. GRC Academy offers CMMC Overview training and NIST Cybersecurity Framework training. 
He currently serves as a Director of Cyber Operations at a defense contractor and has developed a security and compliance program from the ground up. He also has been responsible for architecting and implementing the entire corporate IT infrastructure for the company. 
He has GRC experience in RMF, NIST 800-171, CMMC, ISO 9001, ISO 20000-1, and ISO 27001. He has also published CVEs, and his security research has been featured by Brian Krebs and Infosecurity Magazine.
