ATTENDANCE POLICY!

This is NOT and event, however a notice regarding our attendance policy which will remain on our site for reference.

Welcome New Members and reminder to current members,

For the past five years, Organizers have volunteered their time to plan events for our members. Over the years, we've experienced problems with some members who do not take their registration, seriously. What that means, we have NO SHOWS and CANCELLATIONS the Day of an Event and it has become a very serious problem. This cannot continue under our watch for a variety of reasons. We have decided to change our policy regarding attendance. Please members, take your registration seriously and be accountable. If you can't attend - CANCEL YOUR REGISTRATION on a timely matter. Meet Up makes it very simple for you to make the change.

NEW POLICY AS OF JUNE 25, 2026:
A member will receive a WARNING LETTER email via Meet Up regarding their NO SHOW status. If a member has (2) NO SHOWS that member will be removed from the group without notice.

A member will receive a WARNING LETTER email via Meet Up regarding their DAY OF CANCELLATION status. If a member has (2) cancellations ON THE DAY OF EVENT. Member will be removed from the group without notice.

It's unfortunate that we have to implement a policy in the first place. We hope you understand and appreciate your cooperation regarding the importance of your registration.

A copy of our policy will be sent to you via email as well. Please check your spam/junk mail as email is our only tool to communicate with our members.
