About Revo Foods
Revo Foods is a startup based in Vienna, Austria, that develops plant-based seafood alternatives. Founded in 2020, Revo Foods launched its first product “Revo Salmon” in Austrian and German Supermarkets. The young startup employs 35 people and is developing new 3D Food Printing Technology for the vegan products of the future.
About the talk
Robin will present the mission of Revo Foods and the importance of vegan seafood products regarding sustainability, health, and nutritional value.
About Robin
Robin Simsa holds a PhD in biotechnology and did his studies on “cultured meat” and other meat alternatives. He cofounded Revo Foods in 2020 and was nominated as a Forbes “30 under 30” listmaker.
