Future of food production and Healthy Christmas

In this edition, we are going to have 2 activities. We are going to reflect with Victor Perez about the food production system in the world and how to make it sustainable for the future.

Afterwards, we are going to cook together healthy Christmas food. For that, I have planned the following recipes from the blog Staupitopia that show us how to do cookies without sugar and without gluten.

I also have one of my Venezuelan Christmas specials: Pan de Jamon, but this time we would do it with turkey and one version with cheese.
