Agenda

4:00 PM: Welcome & Icebraker

Welcome Reception: Coffee, Drinks and a Game to get to know each other!

4:30 PM: Opening Keynote

5:00 PM: How to Service Management – Getting Personal: The Service Desk in Human Resources

Achoo! - you wake up in the morning with a sore throat, a runny nose, and you feel like a teenager-sized elephant just ran you over? Clearly, you can't go to work like this. But how do you break the news to your employer? This is where the procedures start to vary significantly. We will show you how an HR service desk Creates a classic win-win situation for all parties. Involved.

5:30 PM: Empowering HR Teams with ITSM solutions that work… sometimes!

HR teams… they’re non-tech! They’re human beings, working for human beings.

They don’t stereotypical use apps and software for their work. They’re Soft Skills based professionals… so, they don’t need technology, right?

WRONG!

And in this presentation, you are going to learn why HR - as People Management - need Products (technology), just as much as they need well rounded Processes, as Fun Man Andy, tells us all about his greatest HR Service Management change project, that involved nearly the entire Atlassian stack!

Spoiler alert: it failed… BUT: the solution is still jaw dropping, and inspiring for Non-Tech Teams looking to empower their Service Management.

6:00 PM: Hotdogs & Networking

Use the time for networking while eating some Delicious Hotdogs and Potato Salad.
