Screenwriters Roundtable: First 5-Page Readings

The Screenwriters Roundtables are open to the public, and provide a safe place for new and established writers to have their work read and critiqued. It also features special guest speakers when available.

This meeting will be a first five pages meeting. We put out a call for submissions of the first five pages of your script the week before the meeting, and the first 4-5 submissions get chosen for a table read by actors and to receive constructive criticism from the other attendees. If you wish to be added to the Screenwriters Roundtable listserv, please contact the WIFV office at director@wifv.org.

Scripts are not distributed during the table read to the audience. We find that when scripts are shared, the audience reads, rather than listens.
Free for WIFV Members (must be logged in) / $15 for all general public
You will receive the login information with your registration confirmation.

REFUND POLICY: Refunds are available up to 48 hours in advance of the program. No refund will be issued for a cancellation with less than 48 hours notice. If the event is cancelled or rescheduled, refunds will be issued as needed.
