The Spring Equinox is a powerful seasonal threshold, a rare moment of balance when day and night are equal. It is nature’s quiet pause between reflection and forward momentum. Before the busyness of spring begins, this is an opportunity to slow down, settle your inner world, and reconnect with what truly matters.
Together we will gather in a supportive, heart-centered space to reflect, regulate, and explore what is ready to emerge in your life.
