Calling all wild and open hearted, joy-seeking, women of all backgrounds, ages, and ethnicities! This group is for feminine community and connection. A place where following your heart and inner nature is encouraged. Where we brave breaking the rules in order to follow our own North Star. Practicing wholehearted living; to learn, grow, heal, play, create, and lift each other up.
Join us if your heart yearns for connection with women on the same path of self-acceptance and living a heart-lead life. In this group we focus on stripping away stress and suffering and make it a practice to find joy and spread loving-kindness. <br>
I will be offering life coaching workshops and classes to help you gain a deeper connection with your true-self - your wild heart. Other tribe events will focus around joy, movement, play, mind-body exploration, nourishment of our bodies and souls, yoga, creativity, the spiritual woo woo, and plain up fun. We will build community as we manifest the life and joy that's been waiting for us. If your heart is wild, then you belong here!
