# Our Wild Embodiment Dance Community Cultivates, Integrates, and Elevates all aspects of who we are: through a body based, freeform movement and music meditation practice.

• Wednesdays and Sundays from 10AM- 11:30
• Cost $10-15 (Other membership options are available.)
• What to expect:
• We gather at 10AM beginning with our opening circle setting the stage for our unique time together.
• We dance and move for an hour to a lovingly curated ecstatic dance arc, freely expressing whatever comes forward.
• We gather in closing circle to share our experience and re-center before greeting the rest of the day.
