Qigong returns to the Northwest YMCA as the Y for in-person Group Exercise classes.
In-person Qigong classes will be 1 hour long indoors in the Group Exercise Room. No experience needed. Masks are optional but recommended. For those returning to movement, why not try this introductory Qigong class with Aileen to ease your joints and body into relaxing, and easing the body, mind and spirit into being more flexible, calmer and improve your energy?

Teacher Bio:
"Aileen C. Jong, Lac, Dipl (O.M.), MQT, has over 20 years experience as a Qigong group exercise instructor.. Through her consistent Qigong practice, it has been the basis of for her to overcome immense personal health issues to total wellness. Aileen is a nationally and California licensed acupuncturist with a private practice in Cupertino, specializing in fertility, pediatrics, and pain management.
Aileen enjoys sharing her passion for Qigong in exploring this movement and breathing practice.
