What we’re about
These are not your normal fitness workouts. These are full-sensory mind and body experiences in the beating lungs of our capital city.
Wild in London - a team of fitness and wellness enthusiasts including qualified yoga teachers, marathoners, trail runners and calisthenics practitioners - curate raw and grounded outdoor workouts for locals and tourists to come alive in the city's nature.
Every Saturday and Sunday morning, come explore one of London's most famous wild spaces, Hampstead Heath. With our boutique workouts curated for fitness and wellness enthusiasts of different abilities, this is a unique experience in the beating lungs of the capital city.
Each week our multi-functional workouts will awaken your soul, and challenge your mind and body in different ways. Here is an example of what an experience could include:
- light breathwork and yoga to begin
- trail running through the woodlands of the Heath
- natural strength exercises and movement through the varied terrain (think climbing up ropes, hanging from trees, barefoot lunges etc)
- cardio drills in nature that get the heart pumping (think hill sprints, battle ropes and loaded carries)
- swimming in the ponds after the session to cool off (the ultimate local London experience)
Afterwards, if you have time, we get together with a coffee and enjoy some of the delicious sweet treats of Hampstead's cafes.
Come solo or bring friends — all you need is the desire to go Wild.

FAQs:
1. What do I need to bring?
Bring water, running shoes (the terrain is not technical), yoga mat (optional as we also supply), a towel & clean clothes for after the swim! And if we're lucky enough to get a bit of rain (nothing better than running in the rain!), check the forecast & bring a rain jacket if required.2. How many people are in each experience?
Up to 10 people per experience. We have curated this for intimate groups to experience and build community out in the nature of London. While we love a good corporate after-work spin or circuit class with 20-30+ people, this is not just another fitness class.3. What level of fitness do I require?
You should have some level of fitness to best enjoy the experience. As long as you can run up to 1.5 miles and are able to swim, you will be able to enjoy the whole experience - the other activities such as yoga and the strength exercises are all tailored to different abilities. If you want to really challenge yourself physically and mentally, you are also in the right place.4. Can I bring a friend or two?
Of course - but make sure to reserve in advance. These are boutique experiences and spots are limited and can sell out in advance.5. Do I have to participate in all the activities?
No - opt in for whichever parts you want to experience. We have curated this experience for all levels with some fitness experience.6. Is there a place to leave bags safely?
Absolutely - your belongings will be kept safe with one of the Wild In London team at all times.7. How best to arrive at the meeting point?
The cafe in Hampstead Heath is easily accessible by Tube and Bus. Kentish Town tube station is 20 mins walk away & Gospel Oak station is 5 mins walk to the cafe. Or, in true Londoner fashion, why not rent a Lime Bike & cycle over? Just remember to park it before you enter Hampstead Heath. - Wild in London presents - Wild Workout Ritual in Hampstead HeathNear the Band Stand by Parliament Hill Cafe, London
