🌿 Wild Plants Workshop in Spanish

Join us for a slow and meaningful morning of nature, connection and Spanish in the mountains of Ávila.

We will meet at Raíces y Luz, a beautiful wellness space in the village of Cebreros, where we will begin the experience with a light vegan brunch and a gentle introduction in Spanish to the world of wild plants.

During the workshop, you will learn simple and useful Spanish vocabulary related to nature, edible and medicinal plants, emotions and the senses.

The focus is on communication, observation and enjoying the language in a relaxed and natural way 🩵 no pressure, no traditional classroom.

Afterwards, we will go for a walk in nature to identify a few seasonal wild plants and discover some of their traditional medicinal and edible uses. Each workshop focuses on a small number of plants so the experience feels calm, personal and immersive.

At the end of the walk, we will return to the centre to prepare and share a wild herbal tea together.

☔ If the weather is rainy, the experience will take place indoors at Raíces y Luz, where we will continue working with previously collected wild plants.

🚌 If you are coming from Madrid, bus 551 leaves from Cuatro Vientos at 9:30 and goes directly to Cebreros. Also bus 654 from Moncloa, at 8:45, goes to Cebreros on Sundays.
