This month's topic is Fermentation. Feel free to share scobies, supplies, books, and techniques, and recipes. Bring sauerkraut, Kimchi, Kombuccha and others to taste during the potluck. I'll be sharing a jar of my mom's kraut and maybe... Kombuccha. Fingers crossed.

Printed recipes and techniques are awesome! I'll be making a zine (tiny self- published magazine) with info gathered.

Homegrown, wild, organic foods appreciated. Vegan, gluten-free foods are loved. Ethically sourced meat I'm sure would be appreciated by some.

Potluck starts at 7pm. Informal sharing throughout.
