Full Moon Yoga on the Beach with Crystal Sound Bowls

Find your “wild side” and come flow with me on the beach in the light of the full moon! We will begin our practice with a guided meditation and full moon ceremony. As we flow through our yoga poses we will bask in the healing properties of the ocean air and the immense energy of this full moon. Our night concludes with an enhanced Savasana including Crystal Bowl Sound Healing, Essential Oils, Reiki and Oracle Cards.
