Wild Walks Into The Heart

These walks will encourage speaking from the heart, periods of silence mixed with gentle sharing, storytelling, encounters with nature, and free-roaming or solitary exploration. Contemplation and reflection practices will also be featured, and depending on the number of participants, I may incorporate individual, pair, and group activities.

I will aim to provide a supportive and safe space where we can open up about our lives and experiences freely. Anything you share is confidential and shall not be disclosed outside the space.
