Welcome to the Summer Solstice Self-Care Experience! Join us, Jacklynne Marder and Eryn Healy, for an afternoon of relaxation and rejuvenation in the beautiful surroundings of Temescal Canyon Park. This immersive event is designed to help you reconnect with yourself and set positive intentions for the new season. This in-person event will take place on Sat Jun 22 2024 starting at 12:00 PM.
- Engage in guided journaling sessions to reflect on your intentions for the new season.
- Unwind through expert-led guided meditations.
- Experience the healing power of nature.
- Connect to your breath and body through guided breathwork, gentle yoga and a rejuvenating sound bath.
