Wild Wellness Solar Eclipse Session

[UPDATED LOCATION]Join me at the grass next to South Beach playground and the bike path where Barnard way turns into Marine St. for a morning of somatic intuitive movement, beginner/intermediate breath practices and community co-regulation in conjunction with the Solar Eclipse.
Not only that but I will be collaborating with Superbloom Collective at 10:30 for a meditation and breath ceremony leading into a moment of silence for the eclipse, and ending with a like shake off and dance party.
