Gentle Breath and Sound at HUB

Join us at Here U Belong (HUB) for a lovely couple hours of gentle breathwork practices and a sound bath. HUB is a special community container in Mar Vista and this space is perfect for coming to rest and relax your nervous system among community.

We’ll spend some time to gather and check in with optional herbal enhancement, and practice gentle breathwork before laying down to receive a guided body scan meditation and a beautiful sound bath. There is some squish available to share, but if you want anything special please BYO. Also if you feel called please bring snacks to share 🌸
