July Women’s Camping Weekend

Details
Forest Bathing on the Appalachian Trail
Nourish your wild soul with a nature immersion weekend that weaves outdoor skills, yoga, mindful hikes, meditation, and deep connection.
We gather at Maple Tree Campground, a tiny nature oasis of pure forest bathing on twenty acres of beautiful wooded campground that’s nestled up to the Appalachian Trail near Frederick, Maryland.
Mornings begin with gentle yoga and breathwork, followed by mindful hikes through wooded trails, nature crafting, foraging, and time to rest—swaying in a hammock, journaling under the trees, and relaxed conversation with new friends.
As the sun lingers late into the evening, we gather to practice the ancient art of firecrafting, enjoying a communal campfire meal, followed by fireside council practice and gentle yoga stretches to prepare for a deep sleep.
This weekend is an invitation to build confidence in the outdoors, while being in fellowship with women who share your heart for nature, movement and mindfulness.
No camping experience needed. Your Guides Kara and Carleen will support you every step of the way.
