**UPDATE: I have gotten some more info on this hike and wanted to let everyone know that for coming from Santa Fe, you should be driving in and out through Penasco and going on Forest Service Road 207. We will start the hike at TRAMPAS CAMPGROUND, NOT from the Medio Campground where AllTrails shows! Starting at the Medio Campground would require a river crossing. Coordinates for the Trampas Campground are 36.04457 -105.67258. Photo included of the Trampas Campground in relation to the Medio Campground where AllTrails shows the hike starting.**

8.7 mile trail with 2,555 ft elevation gain. Please note it is rated “hard” on AllTrails. Bring a lunch and plenty of water! More details:
