Welcome to Wild Words! This is a reverent space to explore writing and mindfulness prompts & practices. Suitable for all levels, this group is designed to help you easily incorporate writing and mindfulness into your everyday life. You will gain valuable tools to develop an ongoing practice, faith in your ability to write, and the inspiration to keep going.

Whether you're writing for wellness, creativity or personal expression, these sessions are guaranteed to get the words flowing!

We will initially meet on zoom (with replays available). In-person sessions may be offered in the future.

About me:
I am a trained writing workshop facilitator and certified mindfulness teacher and grief educator. I am also a writer and former journalist/publisher. For more info, view my website HERE.

Writing promotes agency, insight and expression. When we bring a gentle curiosity and acceptance to our thoughts, feelings and words, we learn that it's okay to show up just as we are. A Wild Words writing practice creates space to explore the richness of our emerging human stories.

Mindfulness benefits all aspects of experience. This ancient wisdom practice helps us cultivate awareness of the present moment, compassion for self and other, and the ability to bring a kind attention to whatever arises. It also helps us turn toward and savour that which is nourishing & supportive.
