Not just another fitness class. Train wild with us across London.
wild x co is a community of fitness and wellness enthusiasts including qualified yoga teachers, marathoners, trail runners and calisthenics practitioners that curate raw and grounded outdoor workouts to train your body the way it was designed and to help forge next-gen hybrid athletes.
The terrain is our gym so we incorporate as much as we can into each workout session or experience. Expect running on grass or trails, natural strength exercises using bodyweight, ropes, sandbags and kettlebells as well as full functional movements to challenge the whole body, mind and spirit!
Our members range from trail runners, HIIT enthusiasts, hyrox athletes and crossfit champs to the weekend warrior that just wants to mix up their gym / yoga / pilates routine by getting a sweat on in the wild or simply have a chance to reset.
Through this Meetup community, you can view the wild x fitness classes in Highbury Fields and our experience days in Hampstead Heath (which include swimming!), and more events coming soon.
After a session, and only if you have time, we get together with a coffee and enjoy some of the delicious sweet treats of London.
Come solo or bring friends — this is for the wild x ones.

### What does this park workout involve?
- a fun group warm-up with lots of energy to activate your body ahead of the workout
- our signature outdoor HIIT park workout involving squats, running, burpees, crawls and much more
- it will challenge the whole body making this a complete workout
- the cool down of all cool downs, and the chance to meet lots of likeminded people
And afterwards, we all meet up in leafy Highbury & Islington for delicious coffee and pastry. It's the perfect way to start your weekend.
### Am I fit enough?
This has been designed so as many of you as possible can take part. Some of you may choose to push yourself (which we love to see) but for many others it may be about having fun and getting better each time you turn up! If you can do a park run/do physical exercise for 30 mins, you can enjoy park workout!

### How long does it typically take to complete the park workout?
It's approximately 45 minutes with a 10 minute warm up, 30 min session and 5 minute cool down. Afterwards we all get a coffee together.

### I'm training for a fitness event. Is it suitable?
Of course, our movements are designed for athleticism so are a great way to measure your general fitness and increase your full body strength so very suitable for:
- your next Hyrox training block / event
- marathon / half marathon / 10k / 5k runners
- triathletes, swimmers and cyclists
- trail and mountain runners
- Spartan and Tough Mudder competitors
- climbers/boulderers
- team sports players like hockey, rugby, football, basketball, racquet sports etc
### Can I bring a group/friends?
Absolutely. The more the merrier. This is the workout you'll be telling all your friends about. Make sure to reserve your spots on our booking page here.
### What do I need to bring?
Besides a bottle of water, not much else. You can leave your bag at base camp where it will be safe. Just bring yourself, we'll take care of the rest.

Love to! Set up by yoga instructors, marathoners and calisthenics practitioners from London, we're on a mission to get the world outside and getting fit and strong. We firmly believe in exercise alfresco - it's great for our mental health, it requires more athleticism and mind/body connection, it roots us into our natural terrain and it forges deeper relationships with our local community.
