The challenge is simple.
Run up and down our marked hill trail route in Hampstead Heath.
One route up ascends 25m.
Run up and down 6 times for 150m climb, and 10 times for 250m climb.
You'll get your individual effort timed. Come back next time to improve.

Hills, not treadmills!

Meetup this Saturday 26/07 at 10am in Hampstead Heath.
Meet at Parliament Hill Bandstand (next to Parliament Hill Cafe) for intro and guided warm up.
Stay afterwards to get a coffee with your fellow participants.
