Welcome everybody! If you are a lover of physical movement and exercise, I would love to invite you to join us to enjoy primal and functional body movement on the grass near the Rhein river. 
If you are a student or a professional who loves to adopt a healthy lifestyle, you’ll feel at home!
We will do guided full-body functional exercises to build strength, stamina, coordination, balance and most importantly: have fun! 
Group exercises will be included to break the ice so we can develop the sense of community and team work! 
Finally, at the end of the meeting we will do deep breathing exercises where you’ll leave feeling powerful to continue your day with high energy.
Regarding required equipments, nothing is required!
