Box Hill From Surbiton Station: 34 miles - FREE RIDE

This is an impromptu FREE ride down to Box Hill.

We meet at Surbiton Station for a 10.00 start. It's getting Spring-like now so let's celebrate the start of the cycling season by riding to Box Hill. This a new and improved route and the initial part of the ride takes us on roads but that changes from Epsom where we cross the race course to Walton-On-The-Hill where we stop for coffee. Then onwards off-road to Box Hill and down the Zig Zag Road to the historic Roman road known as Stane Street. The final part of the ride takes us through The Prince's Coverts to Claygate and ending back at Hampton Court Station at around 4pm . MTB, Hybrid or Gravel bikes will all do for this fun ride.
