It's the year's end and as in the past, we repeat our community get-together to share skills and stories, plus trade crafts, food, and the season's splendor. It's the WINTER GET-TOGETHER and TRADE BLANKET, a meeting of outdoor go-ers who have interest in self-sufficiency and the wide range that is Outdoor Skills, and in particular for this gathering, fire-making and some wild edible cooking. Plus the opportunity to trade or purchase an item, or two, or....
If you choose to purchase instead of trade, it is understood monetary exchange is the modern trade method and will be accepted. If you do have something to trade, bring it! All that is asked is that the item has something to do with hand-made (natural) craft and-or outdoor skill / self-sufficiency theme.
Importantly, ALL INTERESTS AND LEVELS OF OUTDOOR SKILLS AND ABILITIES ARE MUCH WELCOME AND INVITED TO ATTEND.
This event is organized by Christopher Nyerges, from The School of Self-Reliance and posted on his Meetup site, Wild Foods and Self Reliance Discovery. I will be there (Rob Remedi) demonstrating some skills like fire-making, tracking, bush-crafting, etc.
